The Turkish Airlines Main Catering Facility is a 35,210-square-meter aviation support facility serving one of the world's largest airline networks. Located in Istanbul, the facility supports high-volume inflight meal production, storage, packaging, refrigeration, and distribution operations for domestic and international flights.

Developed to meet the operational demands of a major global hub, the facility integrates efficient logistics, food safety systems, and advanced building infrastructure to support 24/7 airline operations. Sustainability measures including energy-efficient systems, water conservation strategies, and responsible materials management contributed to the facility achieving LEED Certified status.
