JMT provided structural steel detailing services for Wistron's advanced manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Developed within the AllianceTexas industrial corridor, the project supports the domestic production of next-generation artificial intelligence computing systems and represents a major investment in U.S. advanced manufacturing capabilities.

The facility was designed to accommodate highly specialized manufacturing operations, including advanced electronics assembly, cleanroom environments, data center infrastructure, and equipment-intensive production spaces. The project's complexity required extensive coordination between structural, architectural, process, and MEP disciplines to support demanding operational requirements and aggressive construction schedules.

As the detailing partner, JMT developed comprehensive 3D steel models and fabrication-ready detailing packages to support efficient fabrication and erection activities. Through BIM-driven coordination and proactive clash detection efforts, JMT helped facilitate constructability, improve project execution, and support the integration of critical building systems throughout the facility.

The completed manufacturing campus strengthens the domestic semiconductor and AI supply chain while positioning Fort Worth as a growing hub for advanced technology manufacturing and innovation.
