JMT provided structural steel detailing services for Project Nova, a large-scale logistics and distribution development located on the former Thomson Reuters campus in Eagan, Minnesota. Developed as part of the comprehensive redevelopment of one of the Twin Cities' most prominent corporate campuses, the project supports the continued growth of modern e-commerce and logistics operations within the region.

The facility was designed to accommodate high-volume distribution activities, incorporating expansive warehouse space, loading operations, trailer storage, employee parking, and supporting infrastructure. The project required detailed coordination among structural, architectural, civil, and MEP disciplines to support operational efficiency and large-scale logistics functions.

As the detailing partner, JMT developed comprehensive 3D steel models and fabrication-ready structural steel documentation to support project fabrication and erection activities. Utilizing BIM-based workflows, JMT coordinated structural systems with building architecture and operational requirements, helping identify and resolve potential conflicts prior to construction.

The project's scale and schedule demanded close collaboration across the project team to facilitate constructability, maintain fabrication efficiency, and support field installation.
