JMT provided structural steel detailing services for Project Hummingbird, a large-scale industrial and logistics development in Hogansville, Georgia. Located on approximately 233 acres, the project was designed to support next-generation distribution and fulfillment operations within a rapidly expanding logistics corridor in West Georgia.

The development required extensive structural steel coordination across large-span warehouse and operational spaces, integrating structural systems with complex architectural, mechanical, electrical, and process requirements. JMT leveraged advanced BIM workflows to develop detailed 3D steel models, fabrication drawings, and erection documents that supported efficient project delivery and construction sequencing.

As the detailing partner, JMT worked closely with the project team to coordinate structural steel systems, identify potential clashes prior to fabrication, and facilitate constructability across the expansive industrial campus.
